Warranty
All returns, except manufacturer defects, must be unused with original packaging and in original, salable condition within 7 days. Used or washed merchandise is not returnable. To return any item, just call 714-723-0373 for a return authorization number. Returns without prior authorization may be refused. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue your choice of credit, refund, or exchange. Some items are subject to a 20% restocking charge after inspection. Special order items are not returnable. Any item returned without original packaging will be charged a 25% re-pack charge. Customer is responsible for returning the product to My Salon Express after obtaining an RA number.
