Defective Machines Warranty
We offer a 7-day warranty on machines only, starting from the delivery date indicated by the tracking number. To begin a warranty claim for a defective machine, please contact us with the following details:
- Date of Purchase
- Order Number
- Product Name / Model Number
- Proof of Purchase (receipt or invoice)
- Description of the issue with the product
After the initial 7-day period, customers must submit a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty page for instructions on how to initiate a claim with the manufacturer directly.
Return Authorization:
Before returning any items, please submit a contact form to receive a return authorization.
Return Instructions:
When returning items, ensure they are in their original packaging, including all accessories (such as attachments and/or chargers). Items without original packaging will not be accepted.
Shipping and Insurance:
Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as My Salon Express is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once we receive the package, we will contact the customer via email with the next steps.
Non-Defective Items:
If the machine is determined to be in working condition and not defective, the machine will be returned back to the customer. Please note that our warranty only covers manufacturer defects (e.g., if a clipper will not charge). Damage caused by drops, misuse, or modifications (including zero-gapped blades) are not covered. Machines that are not deemed a manufacturer defect will be returned back to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
